Build with JZ is the controller for this product's customer records. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to sell and support the AI Mode Zero-Click Survival Prompt Kit: purchase email, Stripe checkout/payment status, product purchased, refund or support messages you send, and routine website logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

Do not send credentials, Google Search Console access, analytics account access, customer data, private exports, or sensitive personal data for support. The kit is designed to work with pasted public page text, public URLs, and your own exported summaries.

Why we use it and lawful bases

We use purchase and delivery data to provide the download, confirm access, answer support requests, process refunds, prevent abuse, maintain accounting records, and improve product quality. For EU/UK/EEA customers, the lawful bases are contract performance for purchase and delivery, legitimate interests for support, fraud prevention, and product operations, legal obligation for tax/accounting records, and consent where a future optional email list or marketing preference is offered.

Processors and recipients

We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, including Stripe for checkout/payment processing, Cloudflare for hosting/security/logs, email providers for support, and professional advisers where required for accounting, tax, legal, or compliance work. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International transfers

Build with JZ and its providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar transfer rules apply, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or provider transfer programs where available.

Retention

Purchase, invoice, and refund records are generally kept for up to seven years where needed for tax, accounting, and dispute records. Support emails are generally kept for up to three years unless a longer period is needed to resolve an issue or meet legal obligations. Routine server/security logs are kept for a limited operational period unless needed to investigate abuse or security events.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. EU/UK/EEA customers may also complain to their local data-protection supervisory authority. California residents may request to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale/share of personal information; we do not sell personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for using your privacy rights.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] with the purchase email or support address relevant to your request.
